Marketing Staff

Job Summary

The Marketing Staff is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote M.V. Santiago Medical Center's medical services, increase patient engagement, and establish the hospital's brand within the community. The role involves content creation, digital marketing, public relations, and community outreach to attract new patients and retain existing ones.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Implement focus area/branch promotions, outreach, and events.
2. Coordinate booth activation, flyer distribution, and partner clinic visitations.
3. Prepare focus area and branch marketing activity reports of FCIE Branch.
4. Support local digital engagement (focus area)
5. Manage local digital engagement (FCIE branch)
6. Ensure proper display of marketing materials.
7. Perform other tasks that may be assigned or directed by the management, and direct orders from the President/CEO

Job Qualifications

1. Graduate of BS Marketing Management or Communications Arts courses
2. Open to fresh graduates
3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google workspace, and canva
4. Content creation for digital and print collaterals.
5. Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, project management, creative problem-solving, able to adapt to a competitive working environment, and close attention to detail.
