MARKETING STAFF

Joneco Tech Marketing Corporation is looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Staff to join our growing team!

📌 JOB SUMMARY

The Marketing Staff will assist in implementing marketing activities, creating promotional materials, managing social media content, and supporting campaigns that help increase brand awareness and sales.

💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Create and coordinate marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional content.
• Assist in managing and updating the company's social media platforms.
• Create engaging content for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and other digital channels.
• Coordinate with the Sales and other departments regarding marketing requirements.
• Assist in organizing events, product launches, promotions, and company activities.
• Monitor marketing trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Assist in preparing marketing reports and monitoring campaign performance.
• Support other marketing and administrative tasks as assigned.

✅ QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• With at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in marketing is preferred.

• Fresh graduates with relevant internship or project experience are welcome to apply.

• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Creative, organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

• Basic knowledge of Canva or other graphic design tools is an advantage.
