Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Marketing Staff to support our Sales and Marketing activities. This role focuses on lead generation, customer acquisition, prospect engagement, and sales follow-up to support the company’s business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily Sales and Marketing activities to achieve company and team targets.
• Source and identify potential customers or clients through various channels.
• Conduct initial approaches and communicate with prospective customers regarding the company’s products and services.
• Actively follow up with leads and prospective customers.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and provide relevant product or service information.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials, proposals, presentations, and product information.
• Conduct market research to identify new customer segments and business opportunities.
• Manage and regularly update customer, lead, and prospect databases.
• Monitor lead progress, follow-up activities, and the overall sales pipeline.
• Maintain consistent communication with prospects throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support customer requirements and sales activities.
• Prepare reports related to sales activities, leads, customer follow-ups, and results.
• Support other Sales and Marketing activities as required by the company.

Qualifications

• Must be domiciled in Jakarta.
• Minimum Senior High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Open to candidates from all educational backgrounds.
• No previous work experience required.
• Strong interest in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Client Acquisition.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in approaching, communicating with, negotiating, and following up with prospective customers.
• Comfortable working with targets and performance-based objectives.
• Proactive, responsible, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is a plus.
• Willing to conduct regular customer sourcing, outreach, and follow-up activities.
• Willing to participate in the recruitment and interview process onsite.
