Job Description

• Identify potential B2B partnerships with modern market retailers, handle promotions, and manage retail-related tasks.
• Plan and execute marketing activities for e-commerce and offline stores
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with retail partners, clients, and buyers.
• Support partnership and co-marketing initiatives with external partners.
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any major (Marketing, Business, or related fields preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in retail partnership, merchandising, retail marketing, and brand building/product marketing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser in a retail company.
• Experience in the beauty industry is a strong plus.
• Business-level English proficiency (spoken and written) for daily communication with buyers.
• Willing to be based at the Head Office in BSD, Tangerang.
• Can join immediately
