Marketing Staff

Marketing – Finance Lease & Operating Lease

We are looking for a Marketing to handle both Finance Lease (FL) and Operating Lease (OPL) business. This position will focus on B2B sales, finding new customers, and maintaining good relationships with existing customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• B2B sales or business development experience is required.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Able to read and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
• Good understanding of credit calculations and analysis, especially for Finance Lease.
• Good understanding of basic accounting calculations, especially for Operating Lease.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to analyze problems and make good business decisions.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and willing to meet customers and business partners.

Job Description

• Find and develop new B2B customers and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers and business partners.
• Understand customers’ business needs and offer suitable financing or rental solutions.
• Analyze customers’ financial statements to understand their financial condition and business performance.
• Perform credit calculations and analysis for Finance Lease transactions.
• Perform basic accounting calculations for Operating Lease transactions, including balance sheet, profit and loss, and profitability calculations.
• Prepare proposals and documents for customer transactions.
• Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Operations, and other related teams during the transaction process.
• Follow up and monitor transactions until closing.
• Maintain existing customers and develop new business opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and support business growth.

Preferred Experience

Experience in one or both of the following industries is highly preferred:

• Finance Lease / Leasing / Multifinance
• Operating Lease / Rental / Fleet Management

Experience in commercial vehicles, trucking, fleet, or other B2B financing/rental businesses will be an advantage.
