Marketing Staff

About the role

You will be responsible for expanding the business network of our tax consulting office, seeking new clients (both companies/B2B and individuals), and promoting our tax services (such as tax compliance, tax audit, and transfer pricing). You will be the spearhead in building the company's brand awareness and converting business opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients (commercial companies, PMA, startups, or individuals) who need tax consulting services
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients to present the company profile and explain tax solutions suited to their business needs
• Prepare service proposals (fee quotation) together with the technical tax team, conduct price negotiations, and oversee the contract agreement process (engagement letter)
• Help organize educational activities such as seminars, webinars, or create newsletter content regarding the latest tax regulations to attract prospective clients
• Maintain good relationships with existing clients to open opportunities for further collaboration (up-selling or cross-selling) and request referrals for new clients
• Monitor industry trends, market needs, and competitor movements to provide effective marketing strategy input to management

About you

• Female, 30 Years Max
• Minimum S1 degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Management, Accounting, or Taxation
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Marketing / Business Development / Sales (experience in professional services industries such as public accounting firms, tax consultants, law firms, or B2B banking is highly preferred)
• Basic understanding or strong interest in the world of taxation and business in Indonesia (not required to be an expert, but able to explain the outline of tax services)
• Proficient in preparing attractive presentation materials (using PowerPoint, Canva, or Google Slides)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills that are persuasive
• Neat appearance, professional demeanor, and confident when dealing with business owners or management level (C-level)
• Target-oriented, resilient, and possess high initiative in seeking opportunities
