Marketing Staff

Executes daily promotional strategies, supports campaign planning, and builds brand awareness through digital and traditional channels

Responsibilities:

· Execute promotional and marketing campaigns

· Create and schedule social media content using platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc. to increase brand awareness and engagement.

· Help organize and execute promotional events, seasonal campaigns, and special offers for targeted customer segments

· Monitor digital marketing performance, analyzed campaign results, and prepared reports to support lead generation and business growth.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration and other related fields/courses

· With at least 1-2 years of experience in the same field or capacity

· Proficiency in Graphic Design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, CapCut and the like.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
