Marketing Supervisor- BGC

British Iconic Cars, Inc. (BICI), or Mini Philippines Global City is looking for a motivated Marketing Supervisor with a strong background in marketing and leadership. The ideal candidate will oversee our marketing efforts, including events implementation, dealership advertising, showroom aesthetic management, and project/task management.

Job Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve company objectives.

• Supervise and mentor the marketing team, ensuring high performance and collaboration.

• Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns, leveraging digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising channels.

• Implement effective events to promote brand awareness and engage customers.

• Manage dealership advertising activities and collaborate with external partners.

• Ensure showroom aesthetics are aligned with brand standards and enhance customer experience.

• Effectively manage projects and tasks, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.

• Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing performance for senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

• Proficiency in Photoshop and other graphic design tools.

• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive.

• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
