Role Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Supervisor to drive brand awareness, generate revenue, and build strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and guests. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales and marketing with the ability to execute marketing initiatives while identifying business opportunities that contribute to the company's growth. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, creative, results-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences within the hospitality and restaurant industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• At least 2–3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality, restaurant, retail, or events industry.

• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, with proven ability to lead teams and drive business performance.

• Proven experience in business development, account management, and executing marketing campaigns.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Google Workspace.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Willing to work on-site at Gateway Mall, Cubao, Quezon City.

• Must be open to supporting and handling business requirements at the Tagaytay branch as needed, while maintaining Quezon City as the primary work assignment.

• Urgent availability is highly preferred.
