Marketing Supervisor

About the role

The Marketing Supervisor oversees the implementation of marketing strategies, campaigns, promotions, and digital initiatives to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue. The role supervises the marketing team and coordinates with other departments to ensure effective execution of marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities and performance of the marketing team.
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Plan and execute digital marketing and social media campaigns.
• Oversee the creation of promotional materials, advertisements, posters, and online content.
• Manage and monitor company social media platforms and online presence.
• Coordinate marketing promotions for hotel rooms, F&B, events, memberships, and other services.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
• Coordinate with Sales, F&B, Events, Recreation, and other departments for promotional activities.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, agencies, suppliers, and other external partners.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• At least 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Hotel, resort, hospitality, tourism, or F&B marketing experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and promotions.
• Experience using Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar marketing tools is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project-management skills.
• Creative, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
