Marketing Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution: Plan and implement digital marketing, social media content, and local restaurant promotions to boost room bookings and dining covers.
• Team Supervision: Lead, guide, and train marketing staff to ensure high standards and timely delivery of promotional projects.
• Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, analyze campaign performance data, and track customer feedback to optimize ROI.
• Collateral Creation: Coordinate the production of online and offline marketing materials, menus, and seasonal event displays.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with the Sales Department to convert leads and partner with culinary and operations teams for on-site events.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of marketing experience, preferably within the hospitality, hotel, or food and beverage (F&B) industry.
• Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, data analytics, and MS Office.
• Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, people management, creative thinking, and organizational abilities.
