MARKETING SUPERVISOR

About the role

We are looking for a results-driven Store Marketing Supervisor to lead and execute marketing activities that increase store traffic, customer engagement, brand awareness, and sales. The role involves supervising marketing initiatives, coordinating with store teams, conducting product demonstrations, and supporting promotional activities across different locations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute store-based marketing campaigns, promotions, and activations
• Lead and supervise marketing staff or promoters during events and store activities
• Conduct and oversee product demonstrations and customer engagement activities
• Develop strategies to increase customer traffic, product awareness, and sales
• Coordinate with store, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers, dealers, partners, and other stakeholders
• Monitor competitors, customer feedback, market trends, and store performance
• Assist in preparing marketing materials, displays, and promotional campaigns
• Monitor and report the results and effectiveness of marketing activities
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Supervisory or team management experience, regardless of industry
• Experience in store marketing, sales, customer-facing roles, or retail is an advantage but not required
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Confident in communicating and engaging with customers and different stakeholders
• Willing to conduct product demonstrations and support marketing activities
• Flexible and willing to travel for fieldwork and events
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, or extended hours when required
• Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented
