Marketing Supervisor

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, with strong preference for candidates from the F&B or retail industries.
• Proven expertise in strategic marketing, brand management, and end-to-end campaign execution.
• Strong analytical mind, sharp communication skills, and solid project management capabilities.
• Creative, highly proactive, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute innovative marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and elevate restaurant sales.
• Plan and supervise the execution of daily promotional programs and integrated marketing campaigns across all brands and outlets.
• Track campaign performance metrics, evaluate market trends, and conduct competitive analysis.
• Collaborate closely with Operations and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution on the ground.
• Lead marketing projects end-to-end, including timeline management, budget allocation, and vendor/agency relations.
