Marketing Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing and promotional programs.
• Manage POSM (Point of Sale Materials), trade promotions, events, and product activations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and vendors.
• Monitor sales performance, promotional budgets, and program effectiveness.
• Analyze sales data and market conditions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Paint/Coating industry is highly preferred.
• Experience in Trade Marketing, Trade Promotion, or Marketing.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Creative, proactive, and well-organized.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and English.
• Willing to be based at PT TOA Coating Indonesia, Tangerang.
