MARKETING SUPERVISOR

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Supervisor to join INTIME EXPRESS INC. in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to lead and oversee the marketing operations of our organisation. As Marketing Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement and business growth. This position sits at the intersection of strategic planning and tactical execution, making it essential to the overall success of our marketing department and the broader company objectives.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervise and manage a team of marketing staff, providing guidance, training and performance feedback to ensure optimal team productivity
2. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print and social media platforms
3. Monitor marketing metrics and analytics to measure campaign performance and return on investment
4. Collaborate with senior management to identify marketing opportunities and contribute to the development of overall marketing strategy
5. Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources efficiently and ensure cost-effectiveness of all marketing initiatives
6. Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to support marketing projects and campaigns
7. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing decisions and identify emerging trends
8. Create and maintain marketing calendars, timelines and project plans to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
9. Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, campaign results and recommendations for improvement
10. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications and materials

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field
2. Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
3. Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
4. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms and social media management
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
6. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in data interpretation
8. Budget management experience and financial acumen
9. Proficiency in marketing software and Microsoft Office applications
10. Knowledge of the express delivery or logistics industry is preferred
11. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
