Marketing Supervisor

• Marketing Planning & Execution:

-        Assist in developing annual marketing plans and strategies.

-        Manage execution of promotional campaigns, product launches, and marketing programs.

-        Ensure alignment of marketing activities with company objectives and sales targets.

-        Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.

• Brand Management:

-        Ensure consistency of brand identity and communication across all platforms.

-        Develop initiatives that increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

-        Support brand positioning strategies for company-owned and distributed brands.

• Events & Activations:

-        Oversee participation in trade fairs, exhibits, roadshows, dealer conventions, and customer events.

-        Ensure successful planning and execution of brand activation activities.

-        Evaluate event effectiveness and provide post-event analysis.

• Digital Marketing & Communications:

-        Supervise digital marketing campaigns, social media content, and online promotions.

-        Coordinate content creation with the Graphic Designer and Multimedia Designer.

-        Monitor digital performance metrics and optimize content strategies.

• Market & Customer Insights:

-        Collaborate with the Marketing Data Analyst and Pricing Analyst to identify market opportunities.

-        Monitor customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities.

-        Utilize insights to improve marketing effectiveness and customer experience.

• Team Leadership:

-        Supervise marketing personnel and ensure effective collaboration within the team.

-        Establish priorities, timelines, and performance expectations.

-        Coach and develop team members to improve capabilities and performance.

• Other Duties:

Perform other duties assigned by the Marketing & Brands Manager.
