About the Role
TJM Asia Pacific is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Support professional to join our growing team. In this role, you will play an important part in supporting marketing activities, coordinating campaigns, and helping our team deliver engaging content and successful promotions across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the marketing team in planning and executing marketing campaigns and strategies
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure marketing materials are delivered on time
• Maintain and update marketing databases, customer information, and related records
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, tracking project timelines, and preparing reports
• Help create and coordinate content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Line Official, and TikTok
• Conduct basic market research and gather insights to support marketing decisions
• Support the organization of marketing events, promotions, and campaigns

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in Marketing Support, Marketing Coordinator, or Administrative roles
• Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Interest in digital marketing and social media trends
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
