Marketing Support

Overview
We are looking for a creative, organized, and motivated candidate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys social media, digital marketing, content creation, and graphic design and is comfortable supporting a variety of marketing projects.

The candidate will be responsible for helping manage our social media presence and website while creating professional marketing materials, presentations, sell sheets, promotional materials, and other content to support our business.

Duties

• Manage and regularly update the company's social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Create engaging social media posts, graphics, stories, reels, and promotional content.
• Develop and maintain a social media content calendar and assist with scheduling posts.
• Monitor social media engagement, messages, comments, and basic performance metrics.
• Update and maintain the company website, including adding new content, images, promotions, products/services, and other information.
• Ensure website information is accurate, current, and professionally presented.
• Create and update professional PowerPoint presentations, sales presentations, and company decks.
• Design and update product sell sheets, brochures, flyers, promotional materials, and other marketing collateral.
• Maintain consistency with company branding across all marketing materials and digital channels.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters as required.
• Organize marketing files, photos, product information, and digital assets.
• Work closely with management and other team members on marketing and promotional projects.
• Perform other marketing duties as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in marketing, social media management, content creation, or a similar role is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Experience with Canva and Microsoft PowerPoint is highly preferred.
• Experience updating or managing websites using platforms such as WordPress, Wix, Shopify, or similar systems is an asset.
• Ability to create professional and visually appealing presentations, sell sheets, and promotional materials.
• Basic photo and video editing skills are an asset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with an eye for branding, layout, and visual presentation.
• Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively with a team.

Pay: From $15.90 per hour
