Marketing Support Executive

Konica Minolta is looking for a proactive and organized Marketing Support Executive to support exciting corporate events, marketing operations, and customer experience initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute corporate events, product launches, seminars, and exhibitions.
• Liaise with vendors and agencies to ensure timely delivery, quality execution, and cost efficiency.
• Manage marketing administration, including PRF processing, invoice verification, and budget tracking.
• Monitor marketing expenditures and support monthly budget reconciliation.
• Maintain vendor portals and support certification-related activities (e.g., ePerolehan, FGV, MyHIJAU).
• Oversee marketing collateral, corporate gifts, inventory management, and asset distribution.
• Serve as the local coordinator for Customer Experience and Net Promoter Score (NPS) initiatives.
• Analyze customer feedback and collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented and eager to learn
