Job Description:

Role Summary:

• Owns the governance, optimization, and adoption of marketing technologies and operational processes outside the core CRM and marketing automation platforms. This role ensures marketing tools, workflows, and operating procedures are effective, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
• The role serves as the primary owner for platforms such as Jira, 6sense, Microsoft Bookings, Qualtrics, Knowliah, Ariba, and future marketing technologies, with responsibility for process design, governance, user enablement, and operational improvement. The role also supports U.S. Marketing event invoice processing through Ariba.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary owner and administrator for marketing operations platforms such as: Jira, 6sense, Microsoft Bookings, Qualtrics, Knowliah, Ariba, and other assigned tech
• Define, document, and continuously improve marketing processes, workflows, and operating procedures.
• Establish governance standards, best practices, and user guidance for marketing technologies and operational processes.
• Lead tool onboarding, implementation, user adoption, and change management initiatives.
• Manage platform configurations, user access, documentation, and training materials.
• Administer Jira workflows, dashboards, reporting, and project management processes.
• Monitor tool usage, process effectiveness, and operational performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Evaluate new technologies and vendor capabilities to support the evolution of the marketing technology ecosystem.
• Process and manage U.S. Marketing event invoices through Ariba in accordance with company policies and controls.

Key Deliverables:

• Marketing SOP Library and operational governance framework
• Fully optimized JIRA workspace with dashboards and reporting
• Sense ABM Experience Optimization – development and rollout of a standardized ABM workflow leveraging 6Sense data and intent signals
• Quarterly operations performance report highlighting process health and efficiency metrics

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Business Operations, Process Management, or Marketing Technology roles.
• Experience with workflow and operational platforms such as Jira, 6sense, Qualtrics, Bookings, Ariba, Knowliah, or similar tools.
• Proven experience designing and improving cross-functional processes.
• Strong project management, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting technology adoption, governance, and change management initiatives.
• Familiarity with integrations, workflow automation, and enterprise business applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
