Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Assist in promoting the company’s solar, inverter, battery, and other products.
• Learn about the company’s products and be able to explain their basic features and benefits to customers.
• Assist the marketing team in generating new leads and customers.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
• Support outdoor marketing, customer visits, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Conduct basic market research on competitors, customer needs, and market opportunities.
• Assist in managing and updating customer and marketing records.
• Support social media and other marketing campaigns when required.
• Prepare and submit daily or weekly marketing activity reports.
• Attend product training, sales training, and other company training programmes.
• Build professional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Carry out other marketing-related duties assigned by the Marketing Manager or Management.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience
• A minimum of an HND in a related field
