We are a growing fire protection company based in Auckland, New Zealand, and we’re looking for a skilled Marketing VA who truly knows what they’re doing; someone confident in digital marketing, content creation, and capable of planning and leading our overall marketing strategy. This is a remote, part-time role (20 hours per week to start) with the opportunity to move into a full-time position.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and run digital marketing campaigns alongside our marketing partner (social media, email, SEO).
• Create engaging content: posts, captions, visuals, and short videos/reels.
• Optimise our website and improve search visibility (with support from our marketing partner).
• Use analytics to track performance and make data-driven improvements.
• Develop and manage our marketing strategy, ensuring consistent direction and growth.
• Bring fresh ideas and help shape the future of our marketing efforts.

What We’re Looking For

• Solid experience in digital marketing (SEO, social media, content).
• Ability to create and edit visuals and videos.
• Strong writing skills and understanding of what performs online.
• Creative, proactive, organised, and able to work independently.
• Someone who can take ownership of marketing and lead direction.
• Experience in planning marketing strategies is a strong advantage.

Work Hours & Progression Plan:

This is a part-time position that will transition into full-time hours based on performance. It will start at 20 hours per week.

Compensation:

• Training Period (First 11 Weeks): PHP 80 per hour
• Post-Training: Pay increase and potential offer for a full-time contract
  Performance-based salary reviews may occur earlier
