Marketing Virtual Assistant

About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day marketing initiatives, particularly social media and creative projects. This role involves creating marketing materials such as flyers and social media posts, assisting with social media activities, and using Canva to develop engaging visual content.

The ideal candidate is organized, creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with team members and clients. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on marketing support experience who can manage creative tasks while keeping up with a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day marketing and social media projects.
• Create social media posts, flyers, and other marketing materials using Canva.
• Support the development and preparation of visual content for marketing campaigns.
• Assist with organizing and coordinating marketing-related tasks and projects.
• Make revisions and updates to marketing materials based on feedback.
• Help ensure marketing content is accurate, visually appealing, and aligned with project requirements.
• Coordinate with team members and/or clients regarding marketing requests and revisions.
• Manage multiple marketing tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Provide general administrative and creative support for marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in marketing support, social media, or a related role.
• Proficiency in Canva.
• Experience creating social media posts, flyers, and other marketing materials.
• Experience assisting with social media or marketing projects.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work a night shift to accommodate U.S.-based clients and business operations.
• Must be amenable to work onsite (Philexcel Clark, Pampanga).
