We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Intern to support our team in retail coordination, sales tracking, promotions, and day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operational and administrative tasks.
• Assist with documentation, invoicing, and record keeping.
• Help coordinate deliveries, warehouse matters, and logistics arrangements.
• Assist with basic finance and HR administrative work.
• Follow up with internal teams and external parties when needed.
• Support the team with general ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree student in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets.
• Organised, detail-oriented and good at following up.
• Good communication skills and willing to visit retail stores when required.
• Interest in FMCG, beauty, personal care or retail is an advantage.
