About the role

We are seeking a Marketplace & E-Commerce Lead (SharkNinja) to join our team at our office in Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a strategic role in overseeing and optimising our marketplace and e-commerce operations for the SharkNinja brand. You will be responsible for driving growth across multiple digital platforms, managing brand presence on key marketplaces, and implementing data-driven strategies to maximise sales and customer engagement. This position is integral to our digital transformation efforts and directly contributes to achieving our ambitious business objectives in the rapidly evolving e-commerce sector.

Key responsibilities

1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketplace and e-commerce strategies across multiple platforms to drive sales growth and brand visibility
2. Oversee product listings, content optimisation, and ensure brand consistency across all e-commerce channels and marketplace platforms
3. Manage relationships with key marketplace partners and stakeholders, negotiating terms and maximising partnership opportunities
4. Monitor marketplace performance metrics and analytics, providing regular reporting and actionable insights to senior leadership
5. Implement promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and pricing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention
6. Coordinate with product, inventory, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experience
7. Identify emerging marketplace trends and opportunities, recommending innovative approaches to maintain competitive advantage
8. Manage budgets and ROI for e-commerce initiatives, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost-effectiveness
9. Lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment
10. What we're looking for
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Economics, or related field.
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in E-Commerce, Marketplace Management, Digital Commerce, or related commercial roles.
    • Proven experience managing Shopee and Lazada platforms.
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders.
    • Strong understanding of online retail, digital marketing, and marketplace ecosystems.
