Marketplace Assistant

About the role

Rodil Res Corporation is looking for a detail-oriented, dependable, proactive, customer-focused, committed, and tech-savvy Marketplace Assistant to join our team. This role supports the company's day-to-day e-commerce and marketplace operations to deliver quality work while working collaboratively with different departments.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain product listings, including product titles, descriptions, prices, images, variations, and other relevant information.
• Monitor marketplace orders and coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and other concerned teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory availability, pricing, and product status to minimize errors, stockouts, and overselling.
• Respond professionally and promptly to customer inquiries, reviews, and concerns through marketplace platforms.
• Assist in handling cancellations, returns, refunds, failed deliveries, and other order-related concerns.
• Support marketplace campaigns, promotions, vouchers, discounts, and other sales initiatives.
• Monitor marketplace performance, customer feedback, ratings, and product reviews.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports on sales, orders, inventory, campaigns, and other marketplace activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, brand standards, and marketplace rules.
• Identify operational issues and recommend practical improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, Management, or related field is preferred.
• Experience in e-commerce, online marketplace operations, customer service, sales support, or administrative work is an advantage.
• Familiarity with major online marketplace platforms is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Willing to learn new systems, tools, and marketplace processes.
• Able to work independently while being an effective team member.
• Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, accountability, and a positive attitude.
