- Manage overall marketplace operations
- Optimize catalog, products, pricing, promotions, and campaigns
- Monitor orders, stock, shipping, returns, and customer complaints
- Analyze marketplace performance and create sales reports
- Develop strategies to increase traffic, conversion, and sales
- Coordinate with related teams to ensure optimal marketplace operations
About you
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketplace/e-commerce
- Experience managing Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, or other marketplaces
- Understanding of product management, stock, pricing, promotions, campaigns, vouchers, and marketplace ads
- Able to analyze data and marketplace sales performance
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
- Detail-oriented, quick, communicative, and able to work with targets
- Experience in the same position is a key advantage
