As a Marketplace Growth, you will be responsible for driving online revenue growth across NCR Group's marketplace channels, managing 3 Shopee stores and 3 TikTok Shop stores. You will focus to maximize revenue. You will work closely with Merchandising, Marketing, and Operations teams to execute effective marketplace growth strategies.

What you'll do :

• Drive revenue growth across 3 Shopee stores and 3 TikTok Shop stores.

• Develop and execute marketplace strategies to achieve monthly sales targets.

• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including Revenue, Traffic, Conversion Rate, AOV, ROAS, and Units Sold.

• Optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and promotions to improve product visibility and conversion.

• Plan, execute, and evaluate marketplace campaigns, including payday sales, double-date campaigns, and major promotional events.

• Analyze sales trends, product performance, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability, competitive pricing, campaign readiness, and smooth order fulfillment.

• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to improve sales results.

What we're looking for :

• 3+ years of experience in Marketplace Management, E-Commerce, or Digital Commerce.

• Proven track record of growing marketplace revenue and achieving sales targets.

• Hands-on experience managing Shopee and TikTok Shop, preferably across multiple stores.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate sales data into actionable growth strategies.

• Familiarity with marketplace advertising, campaign management, affiliate programs, and promotional mechanics.

• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for sales tracking, reporting, and performance analysis.

• Commercially minded, proactive, and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership over sales performance.

• Able to manage multiple stores, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Location: On-site, Bandung, Indonesia
