Marketplace Manager

Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team responsible for marketplace operations, ensuring smooth workflows and productivity.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand the marketplace by attracting new vendors and optimizing vendor relationships.
• Monitor marketplace performance, using data and insights to drive improvements, increase sales, and enhance customer experiences.
• Oversee the execution of pricing, promotions, and marketplace initiatives to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align marketplace goals with overall business objectives.

Requirements Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in managing online marketplaces or e-commerce platforms, with at least 2 years of team management experience.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve operational goals.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with vendor management, pricing strategies, and team leadership in a fast-paced environment.
