Marketplace Processing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day marketplace orders and processing activities.
• Download/check orders and ensure timely processing in WMS/Uniware.
• Coordinate picking, packing, invoicing and dispatch for marketplace orders.
• Monitor marketplace TAT and ensure orders are processed within SLA.
• Coordinate with warehouse and courier teams for timely handover.
• Check order discrepancies, cancellations, holds and exceptions.
• Maintain marketplace-wise processing reports/MIS.
• Ensure SKU, quantity, barcode and order details are correctly verified before dispatch.
• Follow up on pending/unprocessed orders and resolve operational issues.
