About the role
Mengelola dan mengoptimalkan performa penjualan produk di seluruh platform marketplace/online delivery (GrabFood, GoFood, ShopeeFood, dsb.), dari strategi listing hingga promosi.
Key responsibilities
- Menyusun dan mengeksekusi strategi penjualan di platform online delivery (GrabFood, GoFood, ShopeeFood) dan marketplace produk (Shopee, Tokopedia, dll)
- Mengoptimalkan listing produk (foto, deskripsi, harga) dan promosi di setiap platform, termasuk penyesuaian untuk momen musiman (Lebaran, Natal, Valentine, dsb.)
- Menganalisis performa penjualan dan tren marketplace untuk pengambilan keputusan
- Mengelola campaign dan program promosi bersama pihak platform
Requirement
- Pengalaman 2–4 tahun mengelola akun marketplace/e-commerce/online delivery platform
- Terbiasa mengelola campaign dan promosi platform
- Strong analytical & commercial mindset.
- Memahami pricing, promotion, conversion, dan AOV
