Our Houston location at 77035 is both demanding and social — built on high standards, positive energy, and strong community engagement. We're looking for a motivated, professional, and inspiring full-time instructor to help us shape the next generation of leaders.

What We Offer:

• Compensation: $40,000–$55,000 annually
• Flexible schedule with some weekend availability

What You’ll Do:

• Teach 5–7 high-energy, engaging classes per day using our standardized curriculum
• Deliver an outstanding experience to students and families
• Track and support student progression and belt testing
• Lead and assist with studio events (birthday parties, Parent’s Night Out, etc.)
• Contribute to community outreach, marketing, and appointment setting
• Uphold a professional image and foster a respectful, empowering mat culture

Qualifications:

• Martial arts background required (black belt preferred but not required)
• Must be energetic, outgoing, and passionate about working with kids and adults
• Strong leadership, communication, and classroom management skills
• Organized and self-motivated, with a “student-first” mindset
• Must be coachable and eager to continue personal and professional growth
• High school diploma or equivalent required
