Martial Arts Owner

We at Savage Martial Arts change the lives of children. Not only do we teach them martial arts but alongside this we run mat chats during class for kids to develop and learn life skills. Already we have messages from parents explaining how well thier child is doing in my Bristol locations & I am looking for someone to join my team to help grow Savage Martial Arts in Bristol.

I require someone to take over from myself as an owner with a base knowledge of striking and self defence technique knowledge is desirable. You will be working predominantly with children aged 4-12 but there may be options for women's striking classes as well as teens & adult classes. I am looking for someone who will be able to work flexibly & take over from our Tuesday classes 5.30-7.30pm. You can work admin flexibly and will have the support of the franchise and many other franchise owners near you. I will transfer information of all our students & income & everything else you will need. There will need to be a sale of the business & a transfer from my name to the right owner on my franchise documents however sale of the business can be discussed. I am looking to move onto other ventures and want the right person to take over all my lovely students.

Responsibilities:

• Teach martial arts techniques and skills to students of various ages and skill levels
• Develop and implement lesson plans that focus on physical fitness, discipline, and self-defense
• Provide guidance and support to students in achieving their martial arts goals
• Demonstrate proper form and technique for students to follow
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Incorporate behavior management strategies to maintain discipline during classes

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with students, preferably in a martial arts or physical education setting

• Strong knowledge and proficiency in martial arts, such as judo, karate, or taekwondo

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to effectively manage a class of students and maintain discipline

• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Background check required for DBS

• Must drive

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £600.00-£20,000.00 per month
