Job Summary:

We are looking for a hardworking, reliable, and friendly Crew Member to join our Marty's Family! This is a cross-trained position that involves working in both the Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH).

The ideal candidate is a team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, takes pride in serving quality food, and provides excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Take customer orders and process payments using the POS system.
• Assemble and package orders for dine-in, takeout, and delivery.
• Maintain clean dining areas, counters, and customer spaces.
• Ensure orders are accurate and customers have a great experience.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to keep operations running smoothly.
• Follow opening, closing, and cleaning procedures.
• Assist in other areas of the restaurant as needed.
• Maintain a positive attitude and a strong work ethic during busy periods.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in a fast-food or QSR environment is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: $15.49 - $17.50 per hour
