Position Overview
Join the Modus Advanced team as a Masker in our Coatings Department and play a critical role in the precision coating process. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for precisely masking components prior to the spray coating process, ensuring critical areas remain uncoated. Your precision work directly impacts the quality and functionality of components used in life-saving medical devices, mission-critical defense systems, and aerospace applications.
At Modus Advanced, one day matters. Every masking application you complete ensures that coatings land exactly where they should—and nowhere else. When an EMI shield coating needs to cover specific areas while leaving connector interfaces clean, or when a thermal coating must stop precisely at a mating surface, your work makes the difference between a part that performs and one that doesn't.
