About the Role

Logik Fitout & Technical Services LLC is looking for an experienced and skilled Mason to join our team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in plastering, blockwork, garden block work, wall construction, repairs, and general masonry works. Experience in villa construction, renovation, fit-out, and external works will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out blockwork and wall construction using concrete blocks, cement blocks, and other masonry materials.
• Perform garden block work, boundary walls, planters, and external block structures.
• Carry out internal and external plastering to achieve smooth and level finishes.
• Prepare walls and surfaces for plastering, painting, tiling, and other finishing works.
• Carry out cement plaster, rendering, screeding, and related works.
• Build and repair walls, partitions, steps, kerbs, and other masonry structures.
• Carry out repair works for cracks, damaged walls, plaster, and concrete surfaces.
• Perform accurate levelling, alignment, and measurements.
• Mix and prepare cement, mortar, plaster, concrete, and other materials correctly.
• Follow drawings, measurements, and site instructions.
• Work closely with supervisors and other trades on site.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and proper finishing.
• Keep tools and the work area clean and organized.
• Follow all site safety procedures and company requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mason in Dubai/UAE.
• Strong hands-on experience in plastering and blockwork.
• Experience with garden blocks, boundary walls, planters, and external masonry works.
• Good knowledge of cement, mortar, plaster, concrete, blocks, and other construction materials.
• Ability to achieve proper levels, alignment, and smooth finishes.
• Experience in villa renovation, fit-out, maintenance, and construction works is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and able to work at different project locations across Dubai.
• Good workmanship, reliability, and attention to detail.
