Job Purpose
To carry out preventive, corrective, and emergency civil maintenance works for residential, commercial, retail, and industrial facilities, ensuring high-quality workmanship, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Masonry & Civil Repairs
* Waterproofing Works
* Tiling Works
* Painting Works
* Ceiling Works
* Carpentry Works
* Flooring Works
* Sealant Works
* Drainage Works
* Roof Maintenance
* External Civil Works
* General Maintenance
Daily Duties
* Attend work orders through CAFM/FM system.
* Inspect work locations.
* Estimate required materials.
* Complete work safely.
* Maintain housekeeping.
* Report defects to Supervisor.
* Close work orders with proper documentat.
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
Work Location: In person
