About the role

Responsible for performing masonry and related construction works, including laying concrete blocks, brickwork, plastering, and other structural and finishing tasks. Ensures work is completed according to project specifications, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Perform masonry works such as concrete hollow block (CHB) laying, brickwork, plastering, and finishing.
• Prepare and mix cement, mortar, and concrete according to required specifications.
• Read and follow plans, measurements, and work instructions.
• Ensure masonry works meet quality and project standards.
• Perform repair, restoration, and finishing works as required.
• Properly use and maintain tools, equipment, and materials.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow site safety procedures.
• Coordinate with the Foreman and other construction workers to meet project schedules.
• Report material requirements, work issues, and site concerns to the immediate supervisor.
• Perform other related construction tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least High School graduate or equivalent
• Experience as a Mason in construction is preferred
• Knowledgeable in concrete block laying, plastering, and basic masonry works
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual and field work
• Willing to work at project sites within Western Visayas
• Can follow instructions and work effectively with a construction team

Pay: Php550.00 - Php650.00 per day

• Mason: 2 years (Required)
