Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Tile Mason with strong practical knowledge of tiling, blockwork, and interlock installation. The candidate should be capable of handling masonry and finishing works from the initial stage through to completion and handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out floor and wall tiling works for villas, bathrooms, kitchens, and fit-out projects.
• Prepare surfaces, set levels, apply adhesive/mortar, and install tiles with proper alignment and spacing.
• Carry out tile cutting, edge finishing, grouting, and silicone sealing as required.
• Read and understand technical drawings, layouts, levels, and tile setting details.
• Carry out blockwork, including block laying, alignment, leveling, and proper jointing.
• Install interlock paving for driveways, walkways, parking areas, and external works.
• Prepare and level surfaces before interlock installation and ensure proper slope and alignment.
• Carry out repair, adjustment, and finishing works as required.
• Coordinate with civil, MEP, and other site teams.
• Maintain proper workmanship and follow site safety requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction and fit-out works.
• Strong experience in floor and wall tile installation.
• Good practical knowledge of blockwork and interlock installation.
• Ability to read and understand technical/construction drawings.
• Experience in villa and building construction is preferred.
• Gulf/UAE experience is preferred, but candidates without Gulf experience may also apply.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with the site team.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
