What they need
CESPRO FACILITIES MANAGEMENT L.L.C. is looking for a skilled and experienced Mason to join our team!
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in masonry and waterproofing, preferably in facility management or building maintenance.
- Practical experience in waterproofing bathrooms, roofs, balconies, and other wet areas.
- Good knowledge of tiling, plastering, screeding, grouting, and crack repairs.
- Ability to carry out civil repairs and reinstatement works related to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with the MEP team.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and safe working practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- UAE maintenance experience is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license is an added advantage.
