Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Mason Foreman to supervise and coordinate masonry and civil construction activities at our project in Ruwais, Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise masons, helpers and other site workers.
• Coordinate daily masonry and civil construction activities.
• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Monitor the quality and progress of construction works.
• Coordinate with the Site Engineer and other site teams.
• Ensure proper use of materials, tools and equipment.
• Maintain site safety and housekeeping standards.
• Report daily progress and site issues to management.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction.
• Proven experience as a Mason Foreman or similar supervisory role.
• Good knowledge of masonry, block work, plastering and related civil works.
• Ability to supervise workers and manage daily site activities.
• Ability to read and understand basic construction drawings is preferred.
• Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred.

Salary will be discussed during the interview based on experience and suitability.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
