Responsibilities

Assist with the installation of rebar and reinforcement materials to ensure structural integrity.
Prepare and organize building materials such as bricks, stones, concrete blocks, and mortar for ongoing projects.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely to cut, shape, and position materials according to project specifications.
Support masons in laying bricks, stones, and concrete blocks following blueprints and technical drawings.
Help with concrete finishing tasks including pouring, smoothing, and curing concrete surfaces.
Build masonry scaffolding structures to facilitate safe access for high-elevation work.
Maintain a clean work environment by clearing debris and ensuring tools are properly stored after use.

Experience

Previous construction experience is preferred, especially in masonry or related trades such as carpentry or renovation projects.
Familiarity with interpreting construction plans, schematics, and blueprint specifications is highly desirable.
Hands-on experience with concrete forming, plastering, tile laying, or stucco application will be advantageous.
Knowledge of safety protocols on construction sites is essential to ensure a secure working environment.
Experience operating heavy equipment or working at heights using scaffolding is a plus but not mandatory.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with hand tools, power tools, and basic building materials is required.
A strong work ethic combined with the willingness to learn new skills will help you thrive in this role.
