JOB SUMMARY

Helper is essentially a support worker who assists skilled tradespeople like masons, waterproofing specialists, or floor coating applicators. Their role is not to perform the highly technical tasks themselves but to make sure the skilled workers can do their jobs efficiently, asssisting in waterproofing and protective coatings.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Class B or higher on Medical Certificate.

• At least high school graduate (preferred but not always required).

• Able to handle manual labor.

• Willing to learn and follow instructions from skilled workers.

• Basic knowledge of construction work is an advantage.

• Good communication skills.

• Willing to be deployed to different project sites.

• Open to training for other skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist and skilled workers in masonry, waterproofing, and floor coating tasks.

• Prepare and carry materials, tools, and equipment to work sites.

• Mix mortar, cement, and other construction materials as directed.

• Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas.

• Support in setting up scaffolding, ladders, and other temporary structures.

• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company standards.

• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
