Mason worker

We are a reputed Facilities management company, looking for Masons to join our team for maintenance works in high rise buildings and villas.

Responsibilities of a Mason.

• Repairing walls: Repair cracks, damaged bricks, plaster, and block walls in buildings.
• Plastering and painting preparation: Carry out plaster repairs and prepare surfaces for painting.
• Tile repairs: Fix damaged floor and wall tiles and replace broken tiles.
• Waterproofing and grouting: Repair minor masonry-related water leaks, damaged grout, and sealant around tiled areas.
• Preventive maintenance and safety: Inspect masonry defects, report major issues, use tools safely, and keep the work area clean

Qualifications of Mason

• Education: Basic education or a relevant vocational certificate is preferred.
• Work experience: Previous experience in building maintenance, masonry, and repair work.
• Technical knowledge: Knowledge of plastering, bricklaying, blockwork, tiling, grouting, and cement mixing.
• Tools and equipment: Ability to use masonry tools and maintenance equipment properly.
• Health and safety: Knowledge of workplace safety procedures, PPE, and safe handling of construction materials.
