Skilled Mason / Hardscaping Professional

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Mason / Hardscaping Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with masonry, hardscape installation, and outdoor construction projects, with a strong eye for quality, detail, and craftsmanship.

This position is responsible for building and installing a variety of masonry and hardscape features, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, steps, pavers, stonework, and other outdoor structures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in masonry, hardscaping, landscaping construction, or a related trade.
• Strong knowledge of paver, stone, brick, block, and concrete installation.
• Ability to accurately measure, level, grade, and establish proper elevations.
• Good understanding of drainage, base preparation, and proper installation techniques.
• Comfortable performing physically demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and stand, bend, kneel, and work for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional masonry or hardscaping experience.
• Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, plate compactors, saws, and other equipment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience leading a crew or taking responsibility for projects from start to finish.
• Possess a strong work ethic, positive attitude, reliability, and quality craftsmanship are just as important as experience.
• English/Spanish speaking preferred
