J Ginger Masonry has a current opportunity available for a full time Estimator. You will schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Complete assignments on schedule
• Create detailed plan take-offs and proposals
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support

Skills

• Proven working experience as an estimator
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Familiarity with take-off software (BlueBeam REVU)
• Ability to work with multiple projects
• Decision making ability
• Time management and organization skills
• Masonry Experience Required
