Atlas Masonry & Concrete is hiring a Masonry Foreman with commercial and custom residential experience. We’re looking for a field leader who can organize the work, communicate clearly, and keep safety, quality, and production moving together.

You should know the trade, take pride in the finished work, and understand that a well-run crew starts with clear direction.

What you’ll do

• Lead daily masonry operations and assign work based on project requirements and crew capabilities.

• Read plans and specifications, verify layout requirements, and identify conflicts before work proceeds.

• Plan labor, materials, equipment, and deliveries to keep the crew productive.

• Coordinate with project leadership and other trades on sequencing, access, and changing jobsite needs.

• Monitor workmanship and address quality issues promptly.

• Reinforce safe work practices and communicate hazards or concerns.

• Track crew hours, production, material needs, delays, and changes through accurate daily reporting.

• Coach crew members and maintain a respectful, accountable working environment.

What we’re looking for

• At least five years of masonry experience, including commercial and custom residential projects.

• Demonstrated experience leading masonry crews.

• Strong plan-reading, layout, and field problem-solving skills.

• Ability to organize daily work and communicate expectations clearly.

• A consistent approach to safety, workmanship, and follow-through.

• Ability to work at Phoenix-area jobsites under the position’s agreed schedule and requirements.
