Responsibilities

• Preparation and setup of construction sites, including handling hand tools and power tools for mixing mortar, cutting bricks, or shaping stones
• Support the laying of bricks, blocks, stone, or concrete according to schematics and blueprints
• Operate heavy equipment safely to transport materials around the site as needed
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and renovation plans to ensure accurate project execution
• Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris regularly
• Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure work site for all team members.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in construction or masonry work is preferred but not required;
• Teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills and safety procedures.
