Masonry Worker / Tile Setter

We're Hiring: Masonry worker / Tile setter

Optimize Interiors is a leading fit-out company in the UAE, and we are currently looking for a skilled Mason / Tile Mason to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install ceramic, porcelain, marble, granite, and other types of tiles on floors, walls, and other surfaces.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, waterproofing, and applying adhesives or mortar as required.
• Measure, cut, and fit tiles accurately according to layout drawings and project specifications.
• Carry out masonry works including block work, plastering, screeding, and minor concrete repairs when required.
• Ensure proper tile alignment, spacing, grouting, and finishing to achieve high-quality workmanship.
• Repair or replace damaged tiles and carry out maintenance works as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following company safety procedures.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other site personnel to ensure timely project completion.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mason / Tile Mason, preferably in interior fit-out or residential and commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of tile installation techniques, masonry works, adhesives, grouting, and finishing methods.
• Ability to read basic drawings and accurately measure and cut tiles.
• Experience using tile cutting machines and other masonry tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Immediate joiners ONLY.
• Candidates currently on a Visit Visa or Cancelled Visa will be given preference.
