Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide professional massage and wellness treatments to clients.

2. Recommend and provide personalized massage treatments according to clients’ individual needs.

3. Deliver an excellent customer experience and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

4. Ensure all treatment and service procedures are delivered professionally and to a high standard.

5. Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in massage therapy, wellness, or a related industry.

2. Possess professional massage skills and relevant hands-on service experience.

3. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented service mindset.

4. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Singapore.

5. Candidates must have valid working rights in Singapore.
